Default 99 DS exhaust valve seat

exhaust valve seat fell out and lost compression.
interference fit was not enough to keep it in place.

What is the best way to fix this ?

Are new valve seats available for this engine?

Would the green locktite for cylinders help or is there to much heat for that?

Could it be center punched in a few places where the seat meets the aluminum head ?

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
