the micro was already wired when I received it. But sounds like that is what it's doing. will give that a try tomorrow. Thanks for the help.

That was it, switch was wired wrong when I received it. Changed it and it ran like a champ. Will look at that controller for future upgrade. Looks like most are about twice what I paid for the V-Glide though. Can't thank you guys enough for the help, could not think of what to look at next. Thanks again
