Default Aluminum Wheels

Hi, the aluminum wheels on my 2007 TXT EZGO are a little pitted, whats the best way to clean them up?

Are they raw aluminum or clear coated? Most now days are clear coated. If they are raw aluminum, then Mother's mag wheel cleaner will bring back the shine. Pits will remain.

They are raw aluminum. The pitting is light.

this being the case......pick your favorite, reputable aluminum polish and get after it. Its a lot of hard work.....but after you get them done, wax them good and keep them clean....otherwise you will be in the same place down the road.

You might want to try a polishing wheel mounted on a drill. You may not get into every nook and cranny but it will save some elbow grease.
