Ok I misread that. Yes it does read as red lights on charger. Disregard that chart I posted. But like I still said I'm sure it has to do with the dead 0v battery

I got on the cart and followed the instructions for putting the cart in diagnostic mode which required turning the direction switch from neutral two Reverse five times. The first time I hit reverse it beeped as though the card we're going to function normally, then stopped. I went through the procedure and got no beeps for diagnostic mode. I put everything back to original positions and tried it again and no beeps. I then plug the charger in and no longer getting any flashing red lights. However headlights and taillights are still burning brightly when turned on. Turned on key and attempted to press pedal and go but nothing happened.
