I ordered the charger this morning and went to the local cart shop for the new trojan 8 volt batteries. By the time I got back home I had an email stating that the charger was already shipped, with a tracking number, and that I should receive the charger within 2 days. I gps'd my cart with the 36 volts and it ran 19 mph, with the 48 volts it ran 25 mph. Pretty good increase.

Gorno beat me to the punch...

I will add this... This charger will feed what ever the batteries will take.. Recently, I deeply discharged "Ike's" battery pack(70%).. After turning the charger on, the ammeter was reading nearly 25 amps thru most of the first stage, tapering to just under 20 amps.. The finishing charge on 48V will bring the pack to just under 60 volts before the charger shuts off..

Looks like it's $285, but still a great deal I think. Also looks like they have changed it to a 48V only, or a different model for 36V.

I'm running 21 MPH on 36V.

That's a good price on that charger, but I will try the Stanley model...my toy budget is tight right now.

Lizard, I sent you a PM
