92 ezgo series motor
I have removed my 36 volt motor to replace brushes and bearing. Everything is put back together perfectly. For some reason when I bench test it with my 12v charger the are ture is barely moving sometimes it will make one quick revolution but that's it. Any ideas.

Re: 92 ezgo series motor
how are you "BENCH" testing it? I mean if you are doing this without it being installed in the Diff, the reason you are having issues is the fact that there is nothing supporting the armature on one end. you will need to install in in the diff. then test it.
