FWIW:
The EZGO toe-in spec for TXT and Medalist carts with frame mounted steering is 1/4" +/- 1/8" (or 1/8" to 3/8") and for carts with axle mounted steering it is from 0" to 1/8". More importantly, the toe-in measurement is for stock height (18") tires, so if your tires are taller than 18" and you want the recommended toe-in, you'll have to add a bit more toe-in. You'll have to crunch the numbers to figure out how much more. |

Olds good post on alignment procedure. String method is simple and reliable and as you mention wheels must be straight.
