Default Lifted TXT tire rub on springs

I have a lifted TXT with 12 all terrains that when turned sharp they scrub on the springs to the point it will completely stop the cart. I was wondering if there is a way to limit the turn radius to prevent this, or would some wheel spacers help? The lift appears to be a home made.

I had the exact same issue. I just learned to not turn so tight because I could not find a solution I liked.

I had mocked up a spacer using plywood with the hopes of getting it machined, but I found I did not like the stance.

Has anyone had any luck with those aluminum billet wheel spacers?

I had the same problems with my Marathon, it was embarrassing when the wheels lock and skid on the neighbors driveway no matter how much I tried to remember!

So I drill and tapped the knuckles to put in a bolt and lock nut to limit the steering, now it's perfect
Sorry no pics but when you turn lock to lock you can get a idea on location.

Which knuckles are you referring to?

There are people who can visualize exactly what you are saying from your description. (I am not those people) Then, like me.....I GOTTA have a picture in order to understand what this knuckle thing is you are talking about.

Ok I went and took some pics you can kind of see the gold bolt?the knuckles hit the bolt head and stop sooner less sharp, you can screw the bolt out to get the stop where you want.

Thanks, I understand more clearly now. I'll look and see if that will work on the TXT. I think the front axle are about the same on both models.

This worked great for ME, I know a lot of people are not found of these but, here is an option as well.

These happen to be 2" aluminum which widens the track by four inches total.
