Help how to test F and R switch solenoid just clicks.
Is there a way to test a F and R switch in a 98 ezgo txt. I have replace all the batteries and speed control and the solenoid just still clicks and will not go forward or backward.

Crash, is it a DCS? Are there two micro switches on the FNR comtrol?

Below is a continuity test for the rotary F&R used in all series TXT.
If the test fails the switch fails. Plain and simple. But if it passes that is no guaranty it will pass under load..... sorry that's the best I can do |

Power goes in the center pin and out the end pins depending upon which way the switch is positioned. You can use the cart voltage or disconnect and use continuity to test.
