First of all these parts look like rubber but I'm not sure they are. Hopefully, others will reply because I'd like to know for sure.

All 3 of these were missing on my cart and the cart seemed to work ok but when I took the clutch to a shop to install a heavy duty spring they pointed out to me t\hat they were missing and the screws that retained them had broken off in the casting.

Also, The metal part of the other side of the clutch were showing signs of wear and abrasion so I elected to replace the entire driven clutch with a new aftermarket replacement.

Good luck, I hope you will be able to just replace these on your cart.

Yeah, so thanks to lock man I was able to do some googling and discovered that they are held in by a screw... They almost look replaceable with out removing the clutch if it wasn't for a broken screw...

Guess I'll have to look into a clutch puller. :(

Can the clutch be pulled and reinstalled without pulling the motor?

That driven clutch (rear clutch) is held on simply by the center bolt on a keyway shaft. You should be able to simply remove the center bolt and slide the clutch right off. However, if the cart is old and the clutch has been on there for many years it may not be so simple, sometimes the clutch will get stuck to the shaft which will require some careful coaxing with PB blaster (or more) to remove.

Lithium grease to reinstall?

Also any type of service I should do to clutch while I have it off?

One last thing, just replace the missing one... Or replace all three?

I'd replace all three buttons if it were mine. My clutch came off hard...so hard I had to destroy it to remove it, I smothered the shaft with Nevr-Seize when I installed the new one.

My experience:

Hope you don't have the same issues.

Well i got mine off, but the clutch seems to be under quite a bit of pressure, how do you remove the snap ring with out it taking your head off?

I put it in a vice. Can use a large c-clamp if you have one.
Really isn't that much pressure on it, the helix is a tight fit when it's installed. You'll probably need a puller o get it off. I push them down by hand to get them lined up then tap back into place with a hammer and large socket.
