Still problems.....
I ordered and made up new resistors. Adjusted sweeper contact and adjusted sweep to full swing. (It was not reaching top 2 contacts. Now getting proper ohm range on pedal sweep. Still jack rabbit start. Disconnected wire on A2 post on motor and read voltage out put from controller Between M- and B+ terminals. Getting 35 volts on first contact of v-glide and then voltage goes to full voltage on rest of sweep. Cart running 11 mph on first contact. Then no increase in speed. Concluding that controller is damaged. Will look for used one and also contact FSIP about rebuilding. This cart not a candidate for upgrading. |

I see I left this thread hanging. I did send the controller to FSIP and had it rebuilt. Cart is running fine. Will get it from her next week to put on a new weather cover.
