It is charging. But how long has it been on the charger? Have the lights dropped off the bars and did the green light stop flashing? It would be a solid green when fully charged. Your voltages are good.

Yep, there was a green light on the charger and a solid green light on then cart. Now i got to figure out why she is only going 9mph.

Either bad speed sensor or is set in mode 2. Key on in forward release the brakes and start rolling it. If the speed sensor is working it should start beeping and try to slow the cart. If nothing probably a bad sensor. A handheld would help diagnose.

Yes pushing it. If you can roll it with no resistance then I am pretty sure the speed sensor is bad. Make sure to check the harness from the end of the motor all the way back to the controller for damage. Also assuming that the reverse buzzer works.

yea, i had no resistance, and no reverse buzzer. ill check the harness out.

Does the reverse buzzer work in reverse? If no it won’t be much help in diagnostics.
