I tested the batteries with them still connected together and 3 of them read 26v and the last one was 20v. Not sure if I tested them properly, but they do have some power.

Sounds like your meter has a dead battery, or in incorrect range. 12v batteries never make 26v.

Post each batteries voltage ( no need. To disconnect just check positive,negative post of each battery) along with pack voltagemeasured at main positive and negative connections on pack.
Specific gravity of each battery if possible.
A bad battery will influence how pack performs. Reason for each batteries voltage

Also, rxv is quite picky about bad batteries, and one bad battery will totally make RXVs throw fits. Keep in mind, the whole set is a chain, limited by it's worst battery (the weakest link), one bad battery will make the whole operation work like crap, or not work at all.
