What is your pack voltage under load..
You have a 20 year old cart that I'm assuming that you don't know it's history so I would certainly start with the v glide for wear ...

The first 6 Years it spent on A Golf Coarse in W Pa. I need to get it running to test Voltage under Load .

Yes...Once you take the cover off you'll see it..
Here is a good video of changing a v glide that will show you where the switch is and the difference between an old and new v glide.....You probably don't have all the resistors in your year v glide...There are many different glides...

Once I open the V Drive I am going to evaluate and on David's H advice probably convert to MCOR he sells the retro kit
