Read through this thread.... Post #9 by jonr will explain everything that you need to do...He used algorithm #1 which is also used for T-875 Trojans however #1 requires a temperature sensor which you don't have, # 3 does not..Download algorithm #3 using the same procedure..

i could not find an algorithim #3 for 8 volt batteries only 6 volt.

Alg #3 covers Trojan 6, 8, 12v golf cart batteries from 150 to 220 Ah capacity.

Is there a way to get info on the different algorithims? Iam using algorithim #3 on 6 8v Trojan T-875. Voltage across the batteries is 65.8v and still climbing. According to Trojan the equalize voltage is 10.8v per battery or 64.8v. Why is the charger going over the mfr. recommended equalize voltage? Batteries are gassing like crazy. I am going back to algorithim #1.

DeltaQ says to use #3 for T-875's..Some use #1 some use #3..Whatever works for you...What is the condition and age of the the batteries...
