Looks like your starter is turning but the belt is slipping. How tight is the belt? If its pretty tight I'd get a new OEM belt. If its loose tighten it some, but dont overtighten orbit can wreck the bearing in the s/g

Starter belt is slipping bad.
It's kinda hard to see in the video, but to me the starter belt looks too wide for the pulley. It's not sitting down in the pulley far enough and that will cause it to slip. It also means the starter generator has to work harder to spin the motor.

Aftermarket belts have not worked well for me on any cart I've put them on.

You should need a 101916701 starter belt and a 1017188 drive belt. They're like $45 with shipping.

The 1017188 is club cars heavy duty drive belt and its what I use on all of my carts here. Makes a world of difference with the hills we have here. It's also great when you need to turn bigger tires, or pull something heavy.

Thanks!!

Heres pics of the belts that are currently on it.

For some reason i think i replaced the Drive Belt quite a few years ago whenever i put the clutch spring on. Not 100% sure though.

what are the additional numbers on the belts?

Well that looks like the right starter belt. Probably just need to tighten it up some. These do need to be pretty tight to not slip. If it’s more than a couple years old it wouldn’t hurt to just replace it, but usually an OE Club Car belt will last 5 years or more depending how much you use the cart.

Neither of those. Call david hicks at the number Fairtax gave above. He will get you the right belt and it will be the OEM belt, not a cheap aftermarket.
