I was referring to getting the universal coupler off the output shaft of the steering column. I took the snap ring off under the steering wheel end and when I tried a pickle fork the entire shaft came out and I see it is welded to the output shaft. Now I have to find the coupler that will fir the tilt steering column (the column is a GM from 1969 to present) so I can get the column on. So freaking close but had to put it back together until that piece can be aquired
