2005 TXT not going

Anything look out of whack here? Problem came back. Solenoid does click. Just sprayed down with contact cleaner to see if that helps

No different after the contact cleaner

Solenoid clicks, so the problem is in the high current circuit or throttle.

Connect your DVM's negative test lead to the controller's B- terminal and positive test lead to the controller's A1 terminal.

You should have about 3V or so less than the battery pack volt before solenoid clicks and the same as the battery pack's voltage when pedal is push just far enough to make solenoid click.

If so, slowly push pedal to floor and voltage ought to smoothly decrease to zero volts.

Is there a diagram somewhere I can see where those spots are located for testing

Beat on the solenoid and controller a little with the end of a wrench. Came back to life. Died on a ride after. Smashed the pedal a few times and it came back again. Been ok since

If I swap out the solenoid with a heavy duty one but don’t change the controller will that be an issue?

No. The stock solenoid is marginal for feeding the stock controller anyway.
