1996 DS 48v sold click no run

I have a 1996 club car ds that stopped running, off a donor cart replaced controller, OBC, mcor, and bench tested motor. I can't seem to locate the issue. Checked the micros at f&r but still nothing. I know I'm missing something just not sure what. Help!!! tyia

Start with the batteries. How old are they and what is the pack voltage? Also, check the voltage when you try to go- what does it drop to?
