Skip all this if you plan on keeping the stock controller, stock controller just isnt powerful enough for the job. I'm sure a few will say "I like mine just fine with the stock controller", but they just put their controller on "death row", waiting for it's day to die, and it cant give nearly enough juice to get you everything you deserve from the motor upgrade. Even the little XCT-48300-ydre would be a good noticeable upgrade over stock (I dont suggest anyone buy anything smaller than a xct-48400 for their upgrade motor, just an example). Its like a chevy 454 big block with a 2-barel carb, no point. (The 2-barel carb is the restrictive point, and the stock controller is just like that, except it will shorten the life of/kill the stock controller, while delivering dismal results as it suffers).
