Re: Workhorse rear lift
Johnny,
Like you, I'm learning. As I understand it, the tilt in the engine is ok. You may want to make note when you change the oil to only add 1.4 litres/1400 ml. and scribe a line on the dip stick. With the tilt, your dip stick full line will not be correct anymore. Good luck, and lets see some pictures |

I thought it was ok but just wanted to be sure,I just got the engine rebuilt and added a 295 head so I definately don't want to damage it in any way!I will have to get a digital camera in the near future and add some pictures. Thanks again for your info and have a Blessed day. Johnny |

Re: Workhorse rear lift
Csason, that's the same as my neighbors cart (the first one I posted pics of) Those are real easy to do.
We cut the centering pin down to about 1/4 inch to help place the leafs, then you just flip the castings. Dont torqe on those castings, they crack pretty easy |

Re: Workhorse rear lift
Me too! I bought both the workhorses we have in the neighborhood, I was sure I'd be able to sell one. Sure enough, I didn't even have them off the trailer and one was sold So, I chose the one I wanted, figures, the one I sold has been the easiest to do all the upgrades on
