SW180 male spade terminals wiggle/pivot
Guys I received the SW180 from CU and notice that the male spade terminals on the side of the solenoid wiggle/pivot up and down. Is this normal - I would have thought these would be fixed so as not to be rigid.
All comments welcome. Thanks |

Pretty normal. There just kind of moulded into a piece of plastic. They don't need to be rigid.

Re: SW180 male spade terminals wiggle/pivot
Thanks Fair, first expierence with cart solenoids. Solenoid is not clicking and I'm getting pre-charge failure blinks from the Alltrax XCT controller. Next step is to test solenoid.

Re: SW180 male spade terminals wiggle/pivot
there needs to be 36v measured between the small + and - terminals when the pedal is depressed to make the solenoid click and the cart go
