ezgo Buzzes forward and reverse
I have a 2002 ezgo pds golf cart. I was having issues with it being jerky so decided to change solenoid. When I put new solenoid on it the golf cart just beeps. It beeps in Forward as well as in reverse. I did the troubleshooting through the controller and it just beeps 1 time and thats it which makes me believe there is nothing wrong with controller.
I am using a Chevy Volt lithium battery that is fully charged. Will listen to any help at this point. |

Check pin 2 on plug J1 and see if it has pack voltage with the cart in Forward. If so the cart thinks it is in reverse.

Flip the cart to tow remove the key switch/fnr plate. If it has the factory rivets they just have a center pin that you can push through. If you are gentle enough the center pin will drop in the pocket behind. Once the plate is out disconnect the orange wire from the fnr, isolate the wire, flip it back to run and see if the cart runs in forward. If so replace the switch

Well I should have asked if it was a continuous beep or pulsing. If continuous I still think switch

Did you have the run/tow switch on run when you checked for that?
