Re: Could this new a low voltage issue?
No. The wire I am talking about is the start of the activation circuit. It needs to go to pack positive at the batteries themselves. It feeds the two micros on top of the fnr tree.

Re: Could this new a low voltage issue?
Been bypassed. With the charger unplugged does the heavy white wire have pack positive?

Re: Could this new a low voltage issue?
Charging Circuit Reed Switch
When charger is plugged in it opens the reed switch and isolates the solenoid activation circuit which prevents the vehicle from accidentally moving when there is no operator on board When charger is unplugged it closes the reed switch and powers the solenoid activation circuit which allows the vehicle to moving when there is an operator on board When bypassing the reed switch the solenoid activation circuit is always powered, whether the charger is plugged in or unplugged |

Re: Could this new a low voltage issue?
I think you are missing some wires.. Is the micro on the drivers side jumpered? I don’t see a blue wire that should come off the bottom of the drivers side switch going to the key switch.

Re: Could this new a low voltage issue?
The blue wire is from the key switch to MS2 on the F/R Switch. Yes the MS2 and MS4 are looped
