That wiring is little different but should work.. In your group of three pictures above the center one looks like there is a jumper across the switch.. I also don’t see the blue wire

Yes, it does look like a jumper cable in the pic but it's actually disappearing in the conduit and going to the charger. The blue wire is the spade terminal that looks like the other side of the jumper in the pic. As per attached

I guess it is just so close to the loom I don’t see it but okay. If you have power on the red wire coming from the port to that switch then blue should have power in F and R. If so you need to check green coming back from the key switch to make sure it has power. If yes check the red coming back from the pedal switch to make sure it has power and it goes to the solenoid and controller. Did you happen to check the molex connection going to the pedal box? They are notorious for going bad.

Bell tested the circuits out, unplugged the mowlex connector sprayed everything with electronic component cleaner and voila its working. Oh I also replaced all the connectors with new ones. Next task is to replace all the heavy gauge cables

I have had good luck using this product on the connections on the cart to help prevent corrosion.
