Removal Of Plate Over Governor???
Can someone please tell me how to remove the plate over the throttle cable so trhat I can make an adjustment to the governor.... There are a couple of what appear to be rivets or similiar that are giving me fits. I don't want to mess them up trying to get this thing off so I can get to the cable. Oh yeah, the cart is a 05 gas txt.
