OMG!!!

That engine compartment is dirty!!!

BUT... before you hose it off...
I noticed you don't have a cover on your electrical component box,
There are microswitches in there that will cause a "no spark" situation,

Do your best to brush and vacuum all of the dirt out of there, and test the microswitches for continuity!
Once you rule them out... then you can check elsewhere for your no spark!

Get a cover for for your electrical box!
It's crucial that you have a cover on that!
