My Lord man, that's where most all of them start from!
Try to post a picture of what you have so someone can tell you what repair manual to get for yourself.
What are your plans for this project?
If you are looking to replace all of the missing parts to have a golf cart then I might suggest dumping this plan and buying one that runs.
If you piece this one back together it will cost you the price of TWO carts that run.
If you insist on continuing, please do some reading so you can give and make correct and informed decisions regarding your project.
Everyone here loves a project and spending other peoples money but we won't throw it away for you.

Take a look around this link and see if it helps:

Thank you.

And i mean that when golf carts are used at golf courses they usually scratch off the serial numbers. Or at least they do that here lol. I have plans for the project.

I am going to get a 8hp Briggs engine and hook it up to a commet series 40 torque converter, hook that on a jackshaft and then to the rear axle.

You mean this is a gas cart? No wonder we are getting all our wires crossed, we are thinking wires were there are none. This is the electric forum silly. Insert Gorno's avatar here.

Good Lord, Man. Brush up on your communication skills.
We will help but we will loose interest when led in circles.

P.S.
Around here only thieves scratch serial #s off. The golf courses have no reason to hide the cart's identity. I think somebody is pulling your leg.
