Well I took it for a short ride today, before I went I made the ramps touch the pucks nd it worked fine for a short while. Then back like the picture. I did notice that if I climb a hill under torque the ramps are right so it leeads me to think it need more grease

Under rest the Ramps shoes will seprate and not make contact. It all looks fine to me belt is high and rubber ramp shoes look ok. If it pull the hills and performed good keep riding.

How much of the surface of the ramp shoe should be showing before you have to replace them?

Update .... I think the bushing in the sliding sheave is toast . I happen to have an extra so how hard is it to change the bushing or any advice
