Question 2005 TXT Won't Run in Warm Weather

I have a 2005 fleet TXT (36 v) that has run like a top until now. In the last week it will only operate first thing in the morning - won't move in the afternoon. The only difference is ambiant temps (60 in AM and 90 in PM). I load tested all batteries and the set voltage reads 44v. All connections look good. I am at a loss.

Welcome to BGW!

Are the batteries filled properly with distilled water? How old are the batteries? What kind of load tester was used?

The batteries are probably original - they were in it when i bought it 3 years ago. I use desulphater and demister in the batteries and the fluid level is good. I checked all of that and charged the set. I used a load tester to verify that each battery was good and used a DVOM to verify set voltage at 44v. I don't think that it is the batteries. After fully charging and testing yesterday, the cart would not respond other than a clicking solenoid. This morning, it moves fine. I am going to try it again this afternoon in the heat of the day to see if that is a pertinent variable or not.

My guess is that heat is expanding a connection somewhere but I checked all of those yesterday too. I'm scratching my head on what to do next.
