Headlight/Lightbulb trouble.....HELP!!!!!!!
I have a 2007 36v EZGO TXT. last week at the track all my lights stopped working. After I got it home I discovered the voltage reducer had failed and blew all my lights. The headlight bulbs are #889 12v 37w bulbs. I have looked everywhere and all the #889 bulbs I have found are 27w. Are these bulbs compatible? do I have to use an #889 bulb? It also blew my 16 bulb LED taillights which I cant seem to find anywhere. I was thinking about converting the taillights to a #1157 bulb type connector but the led bulbs were really good and bright!!! any help would be greatly appreciated.

I looked all over Amazon and Ebay and couldnt find the 37w bulbs...thanks..................... as for the taillights. I cant just buy the led bulbs without the lens and bezel?? that seems like a waste, oh well! thanks for the help again.....

Im gonna just switch mine over to the assembly that uses #1157 bulbs. found em on Ebay for $4 bucks each. makes more sense than payin $15 each for em, besides if I get ran over at the track its my fault. drivers coming off the track cant see my taillights anyhoot. no matter how bright they are...lol!

Thanks but I already ordered some. I will keep you in mind if my new voltage reducer fails.......not sure why the 1st one failed I just purchased it in the spring..........thanks
