I did post up the build up, it was quick and I didn't take too many pics though.

I found it. It was under Design Center.

I need to get out more often!

Yea, I'm on here a lot, I just don't post much. I've learned a ton of stuff here! Golf carts are like potatoe chips, you can't have just one! I'm up to six carts.

I've seen several stretch builds on "Electric EZGO", but figured I would have remembered yours.

I need to visit some of the other forums here.

I disconnected all four wires from the motor and the controller is still flashing a low voltage code. Double check power everywhere and I'm getting 38 volts everywhere I should, did a test on the motor and fed it 12 volts from a jumper pack and it turns fine. I guess this rules out the motor, I'm out of ideas and I'm pulling the controller and sending it to alltrax and have them test it.

So I called Alltrax and I'm diagnosing it with them, unfortunately the cart is 120 miles from home and I'm only with it on the weekends when they are closed. I would take it home but I need a car trailer to fit it on and my nephew has my car trailer with a junk car on it, ugh!! Anyway this is where I'm at, I have 38 volts at pins 6 7 9 and 10, pin 1 has 10 volts and pin 5 has 38 volts with the pedal depressed. The controller is set at 20 volts under voltage and 55 volts over voltage, it is reading 6.5 volts according to the controller. How can it read 6.5 volts according to the controller but when I read it from B- to the pins I get 38 volts? Is it possible the controller is bad?

From positive to pin 2 I'm getting 38 volts and positive to pin 1 I'm getting 28 volts.

look at the diagram and see where some of these pins go to.

Pin 1 and 2 are the ITS throttle sending unit. For alltrax controllers you should slip the connector up just enough to get the tester on the pin but still have the pin connected OR probe the wire ....
voltage reading between 1 and 2 should 10v with peddle up and .06 peddle down or close to it. Hope this helps

Hey Scotty, the attached diagram was for a series cart, I have a dcs, I am getting 10 volts pedal up but I'm getting around 6 volts pedal down. I don't understand how the controller is reading 6.5 volts and I'm getting 38 volts. Where does the controller get it's voltage reading from?
