another rear shock question
I have a G9 i am currently restoring. I just finished the frame repair and have the big block installed. The shocks that were on it are KYB and are 1" longer than the stock shocks on my other G9. I tookthe coil springs off and the shocks are wore out. I would like to get some shocks the same length as the KYB. They are 12 3/4" extended. This will help me out with clearance for my exhaust and support the rear with the flip down seat on it

Nice Ride Did you call KYB? They should be able to hook you up with a replacement. Where did you get the back seat? That is the one I like but I don't know who makes or were to get ?

Re: another rear shock question
I ordered it from frugal dougals here in florida. I actually ordered my wheels and lift kit from them as well. I like to keep things local and they are very friendly and helpful

I also like to keep it local. but this is the most detailed info I have found for the G9 folding rear seat! I haven't found anyone that sells one for the G9 yet. Thank you for your help!

Re: another rear shock question
Are the shocks trashed, a lot of people replace good shocks
because they can move them easy? |
