It doesn't power up. I cannot here the Transformer turning on. I just bypassed the relay and everything powered back up. I hope my relay board is not bad again. The last board was original and it lasted 16 years.

Before condemning the board, check the sensor wire in the plug on the charger. I have had two of these go bad! the wire will break right where the wire exits the plug. Instead of cutting the wire shorter, I just connected the board's sensor lead to the negative terminal inside the charger. The original plug and receptacle was designed so that if you pulled out the DC plug, the sensor wire would stop the charger before the higher current leads separated. This would prevent an arc, which could result in a battery explosion! For those of us who let our carts charge until the charger shuts off, there would be no problem. If your crew would terminate the charge early, make sure to tell them to unplug the AC cord first and then the DC cord to the cart. This way there would be no arc.
