Question here, what are you basing poor performance on? How did you compare results?

He described his cart as a 2010 PDS the first post, so the stock F/R rocker switch on the dash is fine.

A PDS (or DCS) drive system has fewer components to upgrade than a series drive system.
Just 10 just high current cables, solenoid, controller and motor.

Like you said, the chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

Like Scotty said, 4Ga cables are too small for a 600A controller and high torque motor

The solenoid might be a weak link also.

Then there is the question of the battery pack voltage.

Battery pack voltage is good just read 39.4 volts( I have brand new U.S. 145 XC 6 volts.) I should have done a lot more research before I hopped on here complaining about the controller. Guy from alltrax told me it will pull a 35 foot motor home with the components I purchased so i expected a lot more performance. Going to go buy a usb to serial and download the program. I believe the guy from Nivel told me 4 guage wires. And I do have the heavy duty solenoid but you guys are saying I need larger cables?

and as far as the rxv comparison like i said I expected wheelies/burnouts and the ramp up seemed no better than an rxv. I know they are completely different but I wanted there to be no comparison if that makes sense
