They're offset wheels John. 8x7 wheels with 1" less backspacing than stock. No clearance issues at all with the 4" block lift. I recently tried the same size tire on wheels with stock backspacing and they rubbed on the swing arm.

John, if You don't want to buy new wheels You can get spacers that will widen your axle by 2" for around $30 (or more depending on style) - I used the ATV Engineering type on the cart in the pic (as well as on many others) and they're great, easy to install, etc
