Default oil in airbox?

seems like im getting oil blow-bye and its accumulating in air cleaner box? is there a reroute for this or is the motor smoked? I do get a little burnt oil smell from exhaust...cart was sitting for over a year been running it around the block a few times trying to get thing seating and flowing again....any thoughts?
1996 Jacobsen 810 gas / per the dipstick oil is about 1/2 qrt low not over filled
