Ezgo RXV Reverse Buzzer not sounding on Startup

The reverse buzzer is not sounding on my 2009 RXV. Cart sat for a couple years with dead batteries. Recently put in new batteries and it ran like new again. I took to the car wash and cleaned exterior and dash/cup holder area. Drive cart the next day and all was good. 2nd day after the car won't run. During startup test the cart rocks forward and back then just makes continuous humming noise. No reverse buzzer. I replaced reverse buzzer and same issue. Any ideas? Controller is Danaher.

Given your description of what happened, the first thing I'd look at is the CAN plug beneath the cupholder. Those carts are real finicky about water. Unplug the can plug, blow it out, replug and see if it makes a difference. Sometimes just a wet connection can cause malfunctions. Just a shot in the dark based on possibility.

I have tried this with no luck. Looks like ignition switch is also good.

That's usually the motor brake failing the twist test on startup.
