Throttle cable adjustment, the micro switch under the peddle isn't shutting off when the peddle is up.

Is a throttle adjustment adjustment difficult or could I do it myself?

The large contacts on the solenoid could be sticking. I had that to happen at our golf course. The person playing just run it into a tree and continued to play. True story. I went to where the cart was and removed the battery cable and pulled it to the shop. Solenoid fixed it but that may not be the problem with yours.

Not a single person has even bothered to ask what kind of cart it is. That's very telling.

At the end of the throttle cable by the rear-end, turn the adjustment nuts a couple turns to the opposite direction of the end of the cable..see if that works for you. It's the easiest thing to try, if not adjust back and move on to others advice. The more knowledgeable are in your thread now.
