Loss of tork
Recently got a cheep cart got the motor running healthy all seams fun except the acceleration. From a stand still you have to press the accelarator all the way to the floor and let stand at a higher rpm befor the cart has the balls to move three fee even after it starts moving there's not much tork to keep it moving. Seams like it only works at a higher rpm... On different cart I've used it moves the second I press the pettle wondering what could be malfunctioning. Within the clutches?

Re: Loss of tork
Welcome to BGW!
What type of cart is it? With that info we can direct you to the right section of the forum so that more people with expertise in those carts can see your post. |

Re: Loss of tork
Could be and intake restriction, bad belt, rear spring worn, etc etc. What kind of cart and what year? Got pics? Post a video on you-tube and link it here if you can. Were just trying to help my friend. Smile
