Default 99 gas cllub car floods out port of carburetor

club car not rev up rpm past 1-2" depress pedal to engage clutch to engage belt. the carb starts to overflow(flood). engine pings past the initial pedal push of 1-2"? Is the engine not firing past 1-2"? how is the motor suppose to work when depressing the pedal? Any insight? thanks

I see you posted a couple of club car questions here you will want to move them to the club car section of the forum in all likelihood to get faster and more accurate responses as well you general question on PMing is in this section as well I haven't had my club car for over six years so I don't even look in that forum at all only EZGO and Yamaha the two types I have is where I go.
