MPT 1200 start issue

I just got this cart a month or so ago,and it was not in running condition.I managed to get the cart started but it was in need of a rebuild job on the motor. I found a new motor and installed that and I still have a few start issues.
When I got the cart I needed to jump the solenoid in order to get the starter /gen to engage.
I replaced the solenoid when I replaced the motor and now when I attach the battery cables, the oil light comes on and stays on even when the key is turned off.
I still have to jump the solenoid in order to start the motor.
When I jump the solenoid, the motor the motor will start with the foot pedal and will stop when I release the pedal.

Any idea what could be wrong?

This cart has the 13 hp Kawasaki single in it.

would anyone have a wiring diagram,or perhaps a troubleshooting guide for this mpt 1200 ?
I am going to sell this workhorse as soon a I get it done.I don't want to buy a service manual just to find a wiring issue.I am hoping someone here has as diagram.
I Would appreciate the help.
