Okay, I was just concerned that if it were to spin backwards it would throw everything out of sinc.

This is what I found for a 2006 EZGO it's a little different than the way yours is wired. It looks like the F2 terminal is utilized. Is it possible they gave you the wrong wiring diagram? Do you have the jumper wire from A2 to F1?

I ran up to Autozone and had the HEI tested. It tested good. We ran the test about 20 times to make sure the module did not break down. The F2 is a ground to chassis. F1 to A2 is for the Generator. It has to be something with the Pulsar stator pickup. In some manuals it states it must have an air gap. I went back to the original Pulsar stator and the same results. Approximately .13 Volts AC. Everything I am reading states .5 volts

Where did you measure the .13 volts at. I'm just trying to understand. I would agree there needs to be an air gap. The way I read your diagram F2 is the hot wire from the battery.

Update, I removed the HEI module and put the new PULSAR back on and I had a very very weak spark. 1/64 gap. Then I though lets put two spark testers on. One on each plug wire and ground both at the same time and guess what....I have a strong blue spark. In all my years of working on small engines I have never seen such a thing! Time to see if it runs.
