Your terminology is correct, I am not very mechanical savvy to say the least
Yes I adjusted the cable hoping to make run better (and it does run ok)for our camping trip this weekend. Will then try and figure out what to do next.
Am I correct you were suggesting to spray WD-40 or other between Carb and block to see if it would get sucked into engine? May replace the gaskets on both sides of carb after this weekend.

I'm not the one but it works, might also disconnect the gas line at the carb and see if you have a steady flow (into a coffee can), if not could be the fuel filter, fuel pump or pickup tube in the tank.

I would have also guessed the gas level in the float bowl not set high enough but you said it did it with both carbs?

Thanks for your thoughts I need all the help I can get,,,, after my camping trip I will pull carb down again, check float replace gaskets, and test fuel pump.

Also... someone suggested possible vacuum issue and to test with carb cleaner or Wd-40
