Well I tried BrewCity's suggestion and confirmed that I get the "click" BEFORE the throttle linkage moves whatsoever... I guess I'll run it a while and see if the lube gives me any improvement. If not, it looks like it's time for a new clutch since I can't find the parts to rebuild it anywhere!
