Default 1999 Yamaha grinding

I have a 1999 Yamaha club car, and it was working lastnight and all of a sudden it is making a grinding noise at the rear end, when I hit the gas. I'm not 100 percent sure where it is coming from.

Welcome to BGW!

There's a little bit of a problem though, Yamaha, and Club Car are two different brands of carts!
So you may want to post in a little more detail of which one it is, the model, and the noise!

It's likely rear clutch, or input shaft bearing. Take the bigger belt off, and run it again to isolate the noise to the rear axle. Be careful, there will be no rpm limiting.
