Aftermarket performance carb for 1990 Yamaha G2?

Thank you everyone for your feedbacks and head up. I will be getting the kits and rebuild my carb then.

I have a HF motor in my G1 with an aftermarket Mukuni 30mm carb on it and it runs great.

Is that the carb normally used for racing go karts? It wouldn't be a direct bolt on and require a modification correct?
