Re: Air Shocks on G9
FYI air shocks on front don't work. I just tried and they bottom out and if you put more air the tires pull bottom in and won't work. we did the back and they worked great.

It happened twice up to now and probably my fault for not pushing the air tube far enough in the shock. It does go down to the ground but still works. No major rubbing anywhere and certainly not dragging on the ground. |

Re: Air Shocks on G9
I know this is an older post, but wondering if this is how you lifted your cart. Or did you use a block system and these shocks?
Never mind I now see in the picture that you don’t have your cart lifted |

Re: Air Shocks on G9
Just wanted to add a few pictures.
I installed an onboard air compressor. It is currently tied on with long zip-ties. The power button is a momentary press button, only works when pushed in. And it is wired directly to the battery. Last edited by kingarthur; 05-10-2021 at 12:33 PM.. Reason: Added information |

Re: Air Shocks on G9
I did this to my cart and added 20" tires. No problem. Thanks

Re: Air Shocks on G9
Just a quick note that if you leave the compressor connected to the air line, it will bleed air over a certain period.
Might be because it is a cheap compressor. |

Re: Air Shocks on G9
You should be able to add a check valve between the compressor and the bags. If you wanted to get really fancy you could add a 12v air solenoid with a switch to lower/dump the bags
