Tim,
Knowing that you've got 2 broken fly weights on the primary clutch, replace that first before ordering a new secondary. Looking at the wear pattern on the primary, there's a really good chance the flyweights were binding on the cover (hence the cracks) and not even allowing the secondary to have a chance at spreading open. It may be ok.

Still wouldn't hurt to pull it, clean it and inspect it. But your secondary clutch may be okay after all.
I still have been unable to remove the secondary clutch. I’ve been using a crappy Harbor Freight puller, wd-40, and a mallet. I’ve order the puller for the secondary clutch, so hopefully that will help. Any other suggestions?

Must have not been removed in a long long time. Use the correct puller. I remember one I worked on it took an overnight pull with the puller, I just put lots of tension on it, sprayed it down with PB Blaster, and in the morning it was popped off lol.

Or put the tension on it with the puller, and then tap with a rubber mallet. Or beat the sh** out of it never broke anything with a rubber mallet. With my big hammers that's another story.... but I always get my way one way or another
