charging problem
I have a g19 I believe. it does not charge also the solenoid will stick sometimes and when it does it will just turn over without starting until you tap the solenoid. cart has new solenoid, voltage regulator & I had the starter rebuilt. the r/w wire has a little over 11v the bat 12.5 and when I ground the green wire it will only charge a little over 13v any help would be appreciated also the starter will drag at first as if it has a low battery or weak starter

Re: charging problem
Aftermarket Starter? If so get a OEM one.
13 volts is charging, make sure your battery is charged fully to make sure your battery number is correct. |

Re: charging problem
I'd have whoever rebuilt the starter recheck it again. If you're grounding the field wire, it should be charging around 17v not 13v...
